Rome at a distance

Today I feel unusually calm and composed. From past few weeks things have been tipsy topsy and have been little sad and doing stupid things. You can not just keep doing the same things and feeling bad about it. You need to make changes.

A little courage and sense should prevail. Have a distant view in perspective and in a disciplined way keep moving in a direction. If you know you have to reach Rome, keep moving, eventually you are going to be there as they say all roads lead to rome.

Irrelevancy principle

As time passes, things become more and more irrelevant and more and more things become irrelevant.

Ironical

I got placed in a start up during campus placements. I had my joining date on 1st April 09 in Bangalore. I reached just in time for joining taking 2 flights from Indore- Mumbai - Bangalore as I had no other option coz I had my convocation on 30th March and Mr. CEO Hari Rastogi after a lot of requests did not postpone my joining date.

Anyways when I reached Bangalore on 31st March, I called the CEO and informed him that I have arrived and please let me know the address where I have to reach exactly.

So kind of him he said that you can take a day break before joining work. I thought nice fellow. So on 1st of April, he called me in the afternoon to meet him in CCD in IndiraNagar. I said, great.

I got ready in my formals and reached there. We had a long chat about different things and his company and the discussed about the project I was slated to work upon. Also discussed about politics, nano( where we had our differences) etc etc. In the end he says that the project is delayed by two months so he will give me another joining date.

Its been two and a half months now with no response from Mr. CEO Hari Rastogi. And recently company's site is also closed.

The irony is incidentally all these happened on fools day.

I took a beautiful girl for a date today. She still doesn't admit its a date. Anyways it was very good and I forgot to take my wallet (stupid me) probably in overexcitement. And she paid :))
