For all the passing out this year from best of B schools in India.

I am one of you and I know that despite all the efforts you have put in last two years, despite all the competencies and capabilities you have it in you, most of you are facing the lowest time of your lives.
Many of you will end up confused and stranded without a job or with a job you would never think you would be doing. Most of you who studied with loans on your head will be facing a perpetual struggle every month if you still stand on your virtues by not going for a default.
I suggest the only thing you can do is be strong, prepare yourself mentally to do all the jobs with low salaries which you never thought of doing and keep ensuring that you create value consistently more than you are being paid for.
Go to those sectors which needed the best of talent to grow and were not being able to afford you. Show the world what you can achieve for them by being loyal and justifying every penny they are going to pay you. Keep faith, be courageous and be ready for the struggle you are going to put on. I am sure the things you will learn at these trying times will bring humbleness and the knowledge and efforts you can put will help you grow a long way and make you the brightest and smartest of leaders the world will ever see.
